Position Overview
Cadence is looking for an experienced individual to be part of our corporate Interactive Marketing team. The team is responsible for Cadence.com and other Internet properties, as well as various Intranet sites. The position reports to the Group Director of Web Operations.
The candidate should have strong frontend and backend expertise in the ASP .Net environment to support the current site, and as a foundation to participate in the migration to a new Microsoft SharePoint environment. Your primary responsibilities will include content maintenance, web part and scripting development web forms, and dynamic page development using Microsoft SharePoint. You will be working closely with our producer, designer, and other developers in a high-paced environment typical of corporate web site operation.
Technical Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience with Miscrosoft Sharepoint 2007 required.
- High proficiency in .NET architecture, with emphasis on ASP.NET, C#, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, and DHTML and CSS.
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2005 is desirable.
- Must be extremely service and detail oriented.
- Must be able to multitask and manage concurrent activities under demanding timelines in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with Siebel CRM is desirable.
- Familiar with graphic editing in Photoshop is desirable.
- Enthusiasm and demonstrated experience in Web 2.0/Social Media would be a strong plus, as would experience with multi-language sites.
Education & Experience:
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience
- 3+ years web development experience
