| Job Description |
GENERAL: Candidate will lead and perform systems engineering activities on Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. These programs are primarily mobile ground platforms.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: These include:
- End-to-end SIGINT system modeling and analysis.
- SIGINT/EW concepts and operations development.
- Antenna array modeling, analysis and design.
- Propagation prediction and measurement.
- Receiver modeling, analysis and design.
- Detection and signal characterization processing.
- Non-cooperative demodulation processing for signals of interest.
- Direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation and geolocation processing.
- FPGA-based algorithm design.
- Military Intelligence systems design and development.
- Technical proposal development and leadership.
- System integration, test and evaluation.
- DSP or general-purpose processor signals software development.
- Leadership of small to mid-sized teams, to include teams with customer and subcontractor team members.
- Routine contact with senior management and customers.
Must Have the Following:
a. BS in Engineering (MS or higher preferred) with 15 or more years of relevant experience.
b. MINIMUM 5 years recent experience with SIGINT systems design and development including understanding of RF and antenna applications is REQUIRED.
c. Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of 10 or more supporting DoD/Government programs
d. Demonstrated systems engineering capability in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, analytical modeling, design, production, integration, test, and transition into operations.
Recent experience with a US Military, DoD and/or Government environment required.
Applicant must currently hold or be capable of obtaining a DoD Security Clearance.
Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position.
