Responsibilities:
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will design and develop device drivers and board support packages for Linux running in embedded systems on company devices. You will help define and drive Linux vision, strategy and tactics; you will establish and grow relationships with internal marketing and development groups, third party Linux vendors and open source Linux contacts in order to realize the company’s Linux vision and strategy. As part of a team that develops a large suite of tools for embedded systems, you will bring your Linux expertise to the definition and implementation of these tools.
The successful candidate’s minimum qualifications will include the following:
- BS in Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of Linux OS porting and/or driver development.
