Description The position described below is a job profile that is generally representative of current or future openings at Intel. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Developing and deploying test, burn in and other equipment and processes for Intel's next-generation microprocessors
  • Responsible for the test that increasingly faster and more complex I/Os, and multi-core devices
  • Creating improved thermal control and signal integrity solutions, integrating new silicon and package technologies
  • Generating advanced process control systems
  • Analyzing an increasingly complex set of development and high volume manufacturing data
  • Requirements You must possess a Master of Science degree or a Ph.D. in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Physics. Additional qualifications include:
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Willingness for occasional domestic and international travel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Design for Test (DFT) principles, Schlumberger* S9000, Agilent* 93K*, DeFT* and Intel� MoScow (IMS)
  • Knowledge of Perl, C and UNIX* platforms
  • Direct experience in test equipment design, product engineering, device testing methods and/or concepts or process development would be an added advantage
  • Direct experience in product DFT, and/or manufacturing processes, and knowledge of 32/64 bit microprocessor architectures would be an added advantage
