Use Careerbuilder.com’s Skill Minder to help us improve the lists of recommended jobs we show you on our site. If you like the skills and requirements in a job (the company and job location are not used by Skill Minder), click on the check box. It’s that easy! We will start recommending jobs that have more skills and requirements in common with the ones you check. The more times you click on a Skill Minder check, the better your recommendations will become. You can click on the check for the same job as many times as you want and we’ll keep making your recommendations more and more like that job.

Note: If you want to reset your Skill Minder activity, click on the ‘Preferences’ link located in the Recommendation HQ page, check the ‘Reset Activity Data’ box, and then click the ‘Save’ button.
