Xinetics, a leading manufacturer of advanced products for use in high performance optical systems, is seeking an electrical engineer to join the technical team. Primary responsibilities include researching, designing, developing, and testing a variety of electronic equipment and systems; designing and developing analog and digital electronics at board and system level; designing and developing printed circuit boards; selecting and analyzing electronic components; interfacing with customers and vendors to ensure all needs are met. The ideal candidate will have ten or more years of experience working in a development environment; FPGA design experience using Altera and Quartus; proven success in analog and digital circuit design using Cadence Design Tools or Orcad; Previous experience with Kiel uVision Microprocessor development tools and Hitop emulators; in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Security Clearance Required.
