Position Summary: Entire new product development life cycle including verification, customer interface & certification activities. Involve in design, develop, troubleshoot & sustain electronic products for flight control systems & missiles. Responsibilities: * Lead a new product development team consisting of software, firmware, and hardware engineers as well as performing the actual design work and overseeing development testing. * Primary technical point of contact for both internal and external customers including Program schedule, cost, technical performance * Perform complex engineering analysis and problem solving methods to support new product development and/or production sustaining * Prepare the material and make presentations for formal design reviews and customer technical meetings Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree (BS) in electrical, or a related technical discipline. Able to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through ten or more years of related experience. MS highly preferred. 2. Experienced in Electronics hardware design for Aerospace applications and designing microcontroller, DSP, and FPGA based digital designs 3. Experienced in Aerospace processes for new product development and certification 4. Knowledge of analog design, EMI, and power electronics preferred 5. Experience in Electro-mechanical actuation and Flight Control Systems preferred 6.
